Refund policy

Exchange or Store Credit only: We offer exchanges for store credit for our items. If you wish to return an item please contact us within 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER TO INITIATE THE RETURN PROCESS.

1.     Exceptions: We offer exchanges for store credit for our items. However, if you receive a damaged item or poor performance, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly. In the case of a defect or poor performance item (tears, rips, breakage within 14 days), if the item can not be repaired, we will offer a full refund, exchange or store credit based on your preference. In the event that an item can be repaired, the item must be boxed up and as received (in a plastic bag and filler) and a return label will be provided. Return shipping will be covered by RRR by Renee.

2.       Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return. The item must only show reasonable wear and tear for the 14 day time period. No extreme use will be eligible for a return.

3.       Return Process:

Step  1. Contact us at our email reneelynnmeyer20@gmail.com within the 14 days to initiate the process. Photos will be required for any damage claims.

 

Step 2. Provide your order number. Details of the item and why you wish to return the item.

 

Step 3. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

 

Step 4. Once the item(s) is received, we will process your exchange or issue store credit accordingly. Products must be received in good order with no damage. Returns or exchanges with damage are not accepted.

 

4.       Shipping costs: Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is for a damaged or poorly performing item.

5.       Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the form or store credit or exchange. No cash refunds. In the event of an approved damaged or poorly performing item, credit will be issued as paid.

6.        Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
